Your role: 

Providing onsite and remote IT support for the clinical imaging software of several Siemens Healthineers departments to provide fast and high-quality support for the customer Installing and maintaining any product solution from D&A Siemens Healthineers portfolio Coordinating and organizing activities (incl. updates and upgrades) with internal partners, to ensure clinical operation for our customers. Acting as an advisor and helping with the integration and interface design of IT systems Sharing know-how with new team members and hereby building up their competencies

 

Desired Experience:

 

Knowledge of Windows Server 2016-2019 operating system administration (installation/configuration/back-up, etc.) Knowledge of virtual machines (Hyper-V, creation, and administration); Knowledge of Windows troubleshooting: Computer Management, Registries, reading log files, OS operating parameters, OS configuration, Basic knowledge of Networking: IP, Ping, configuration of NIC parameters, routing, ports. Hardware knowledge: Assembling/troubleshooting systems. (To know how to connect the right cable to the right place and what that chip is)

Additional Information: 

Basic knowledge of PowerShell. Knowledge of CMD commands. DICOM standard theoretical knowledge
