Your Role
We are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role involves providing both on-site and remote support to users across the EMEA region. Based at our Lisbon Tagus Park office, you will work with a dynamic team to ensure seamless and efficient operations for all end users. You will also provide support at our Amoreiras office, making a willingness to travel essential.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve complex desktop issues, including remote support for off-site users. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Macintosh and Windows workstations. Perform system upgrades, such as memory installations. Collaborate with tier 3 support, Network/System Administrators, and Engineering teams. Manage service desk tickets and handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests. Deploy software using Microsoft Intune and JAMF. Document and resolve desktop equipment issues. Configure and maintain collaboration meeting rooms. Quickly troubleshoot and resolve problems with a focus on defect reduction and service quality. Work within an Active Directory environment, including Microsoft Intune. Experience with desktop virtualization (e.g., Xen) is preferred but not required. Foster excellent customer relations and provide outstanding support. Thrive in a team-oriented, global, and collaborative environment. Be prepared to travel internationally as needed.
What You Bring
A minimum of 2 years of proven IT Desktop Support experience. Fluency in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus). Proficiency in Windows and Macintosh operating systems. Technical expertise in x86/x64 and ARM platforms. Strong troubleshooting skills. Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.About us We’re a global team of innovators.
