Required Skills & Experience 2-4 years of experience in a help desk or deskside support role, preferably within an MSP. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems. Familiarity with corporate network environments and VPN configuration/support. Experience managing IT inventory and maintaining accurate documentation. Desired Skills & Experience Hands-on experience imaging and setting up computers, monitors, and mobile devices. Knowledge of office automation tools such as printers, copiers, and video conferencing systems. Strong understanding of secure password management practices. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
