\nThe IT Support Intern will assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues to ensure seamless IT operations. Support system maintenance, user account management, and documentation of technical solutions.
This position is expected to start August 2025 and continue through the entire Fall 2025 term (through Nov/Dec 2025). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time (20 to 25 hours) and on-site.
In This Role\nManage IT tickets by troubleshooting basic issues, documenting solutions, and escalating complex problems to the IT team \nFollow established IT processes, suggest workflow improvements, and help create internal and user-facing documentation \nProvide timely follow-ups with end users on open tickets and communicate resolutions to meet service level agreements \nAssist with the offboarding process by deactivating accounts, backing up data, and tracking company assets \nHelp create and deploy system images for hardware setups \nMaintain and organize inventory records for IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses \nTrack and document the lifecycle of IT equipment \nOther duties as assigned by Management \nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey \n\n\n
The Ideal Person\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field \nBasic understanding of Windows OS, exposure to Microsoft Azure is a plus \nFamiliarity with imaging tools and inventory management softwares\n
Internship Program at Four Hands The Internship Program is aimed to provide students with hands-on experience in the area they are most passionate about. Interns at Four Hands have the opportunity to work closely with various departments to gain valuable knowledge about the company. The program focuses on professional development, offering mentorship from like-minded professionals and the chance to contribute to real projects. Interns are encouraged to bring innovative ideas to make the experience challenging and rewarding. This program will enable students to gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their future careers.
