Our Barcelona office is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as a Paid IT Support Intern. This role offers hands-on experience in IT operations, technical support, and customer service.

Assist with workstation setups and printer troubleshooting.Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring exceptional customer service.Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.Maintain and update the inventory of IT equipment and supplies.Support onboarding and training tasks for new team members.Perform general office maintenance related to IT infrastructure.Use ticketing systems to manage and track support requests.QualificationsAbout You:

Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 10 kilograms.Proficiency in Windows and familiarity with MacOS or Linux.Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory/Azure.Understanding of ITIL principles (preferred but not required).Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Eagerness to learn and a fast learner with a proactive approach.Knowledge of basic networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting.Preferred:
English language fluency: Read, write, listening and speaking.
