IT Support Manager
As IT Support Manager, you will lead and mentor the IT Support team, ensuring smooth daily operations while serving as a technical expert. Your role will focus on enhancing user satisfaction through professional, courteous, and effective support.
The company is located in Woburn, MA and requires 3 days on-site a week.
What you will be doing: Provide technical support for network operations, including servers, Active Directory, MS 365, security, cloud services, firewalls, VPN, routing, switching, wireless, backups, IPSec, and content filtering. Collaborate with the Security Team to address vulnerabilities, manage intrusion prevention, and implement remediation strategies Partner with the Security Team to drive security enhancements Stay informed on emerging threats and attack techniques Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures Oversee vendor relationships and ensure smooth collaboration
Required Skills: 4+ years of IT experience as an IT Manager in an Enterprise environment 4+ years managing a cloud focused hybrid cloud/on premise IT infrastructure utilizing MS Azure 4+ years managing Active Directory and M365 Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.
