**What is the job about?**
As an IT Supporter, you will be at the forefront of providing onsite and remote IT support to sales, service, and production companies. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of IT applications, services, and hardware assets across our global branches. Your role will also include participating in global infrastructure projects, knowledge sharing, and creating a positive impact through your technical expertise and collaborative spirit.
**Your main responsibilities**
You will:
+ Deliver 1st and 2nd level onsite and remote support for IT applications and services globally, ensuring their availability.
+ Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for standard end-user applications like the M365 suite.
+ Manage and monitor IT ServiceNow ticket queues, handling incidents and workarounds efficiently.
+ Plan and execute Hardware Asset Management Lifecycle services, including ordering and purchasing IT hardware such as PCs, tablets, and printers.
+ Create and maintain documentation such as runbooks for end-user applications and systems.
+ Contribute actively to global IS WT projects, including infrastructure lifecycle changes.
**Your background**
We imagine that you have:
+ A technical degree in IT or equivalent experience.
+ 2-4 years of relevant work experience in IT support or a similar field.
+ Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
+ Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of end-user applications and services.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who is:
+ Service-oriented, with effective communication skills and the ability to present information clearly to peers and end-users.
+ Extroverted, self-motivated, and proactive, with strong organizational skills and a focus on achieving results.
+ Enjoys working in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
+ Knowleadge of ITIL and preferable ITIL foundation certificate
