Description We’re seeking an IT Support Specialist for a 2-month contract to provide hands-on technical support fully on-site. If you have strong IT skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities + Collect old PCs and set up new PCs, including imaging and domain setup. + Transfer user profiles and ensure configurations are accurate. + Rebuild, decommission, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and peripherals. + Provide white glove on-site support for initial configurations and ongoing assistance. Requirements Requirements + Experience with Windows, Active Directory (AD), and Office 365. + Strong customer service and communication skills. + Ability to work effectively and professionally with end users. Preferred Skills + Experience registering PCs with Microsoft Intune.
