Ultimately, a top-class IT Support Specialist ensures all Malwarebytes employees have the technology and support required to do their job, while maintaining a high level of security and customer service. The ideal candidate is a curious problem solver, with strong people skills, and a focus on teamwork. What You’ll Do:Respond to help desk tickets and escalate tickets to proper support teams as requiredOnboard new hires, including account setup and trainingConduct account removals as part of Offboarding processProvision computersBasic Active Directory/Azure workBasic SaaS administration for corporate IT platformsAssist with inventory and asset managementMaintain and update IT documentation and processesAssist with the administration and enforcement of security policiesOccasional on-call duties as requestedOther duties as assigned Skills You’ll Need to Have:3+ years of progressive information technology experienceDemonstrated experience with Windows and macOS support in a mid or large-scale environmentKnowledge of iOS and Android supportDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot common hardware & software issuesProficiency with Active Directory administration such as user, group, and device managementExperience with Office 365 administrationExperience working with common SSO solutions such as Okta, OneLogin, or similarExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication abilitiesStrong attention to detailNice to Have Skills:Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Support Professional, etc.Experience with Zoom Room administration and maintenanceExperience with Windows 2012 or higher server environmentProficiency with PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languagesExperience with networking (DHCP, DNS, VOIP, and Firewalls)Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or other cloud providersFamiliarity with endpoint MDM management solutions such as Jamf and IntuneBenefits and Perks:           An opportunity to do something great for yourself and the world      A great work environment that supports growth, development, and most importantly having fun!      Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage      Sports coverage      Employee Referral Bonus Program      Wellness programs      Stocked kitchens with drinks, snacks, fruit, and more     Parking Available
