Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an IT Support Specialist based in Hollywood, Florida, United States. This role involves being part of the national IT Team, handling inquiries at the first level for various locations, and managing local duties at the physical site for all IT technology on premises. The role requires medium level IT support skills and a strong customer service orientation. Responsibilities: • Addressing and resolving IT inquiries at the first level for designated locations • Managing all hands-on tasks related to IT technology at the physical site • Demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and care • Following up on all assignments and performing detail-oriented work • Working independently with remote management and teammates • Upholding the detail-oriented image of the company in actions, demeanor, and appearance • Utilizing skills in Cisco Technologies, Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Configuration Management, Microsoft 365 Enterprise, Microsoft Windows 10, Windows 11, Desktop Hardware, and Desktop Support Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies • Knowledge of Computer Hardware • Experience with Dell Technologies • Familiarity with Active Directory • Understanding of Backup Technologies • Practical experience with Configuration Management • Proficient in 365 Enterprise • Skilled in Windows 10 and Windows 11 • Knowledgeable in Desktop Hardware • Proven experience in Desktop Support Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
