2. Analyze and recommend new technologies as appropriate for use by the Business;
3. Work as IT SSC Provide technical assistance and work direction to aid other employees.

2. Good language skills in native spoken & written English is a must;
3. Ability to build, communicate and maintain relationships in Shanghai office and other remote Office

1. Microsoft Windows 10 / 11;

3. Video Conference (Zoom) / (MS Teams);
4. Understanding of audio visual Equipment;
5. VoIP Telephone (Cisco); TCP/IP Network;
6. M365 Outlook E-mail Client;
7. Mobile Technologies (iOS, Android);

9. AD & IT Ticket System
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in computer science or related disciplines;
2. More than 3-5 years work experience and demonstrated 1st to 3rd level IT skills.
