We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our commercial electrical contracting team. As part of our 7-member IT department, you will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Respond to and triage IT support tickets, escalating issues to the system administrator or IT manager as needed. Assist with the company's Intune mobile device management (MDM) solution, including setting up user profiles and categories in Active Directory. Provide basic troubleshooting and support for a variety of devices, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Participate in the company's transition to a new help desk system, including documentation efforts. Demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information in layman's terms. Top Skills Required: Technical Proficiency: At least 1-2 years of solid help desk experience, preferably in a smaller organization with exposure to a variety of IT tasks. Customer Service: Strong ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical users. Adaptability: Quick learner who can handle the dynamic challenges of the construction industry environment. Problem-Solving: Capable of troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT issues. Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team and escalate issues appropriately.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
