Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team at our office located in the Prague city center. This part-time position is ideal for students seeking practical experience in a professional IT environment.

Your main duties and responsibilities are: 

Onsite IT user support in Prague officeLaptops setup and supportResponsibility for printersLocal Wi-Fi network administrationEvent technical support

Qualifications

You will be a great fit for this role if you have:

English and Czech language is a mustFundamental knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android managementBasic administrative experience with management of user hardware (laptops, mobile phones, printers, projectors, etc.)Knowledge of the M365 suite and Google suite is a plus same as administrative knowledge of network devices (router, switch, firewall, access point)Very good communication skills

Additional Information

This is a part-time position requiring on-site presence Monday to Friday, four hours daily, with preferred hours between 9:30 to 13:30.
