Provides second-level Information Technology-related hardware and software support to the IT Department. Work across all Tribal entities to determine the IS assets that are installed and maintained at each location.
· Perform second-level IT support-related activities on issues regarding the use of computer hardware, computer software, telephony, and wireless communications devices (i.e. Mobile Devices) for Seven Feathers IT Department
· Manage all IT Department assets including: Workstations, Servers, Software, and Peripheral Devices
· Performs timely escalation of pending support-related issues to various resource departments for further analysis and resolution.
· Performs and documents installation and configuration of hardware / software for desktop computers, telephones, and office equipment. Maintains inventory of all such systems and ensures software licensing compliance.
· Provides reports as needed to the Chief Technology Officer for department operations.
Requirements
· At least 4 years of verifiable experience supporting network security including provisioning, policy writing, complex rules application
· Must be able to attain a security clearance or have a security clearance within 1 year of hire.
· At least 1 year of verifiable experience supporting resort operation systems including the following applications:
- IGT Advantage Suite (Patron Management, Machine Accounting, EZ Pay, ABS)
- Oracle’s Micros Simphony 2
- Oracle’s Micros Opera
- Four Winds Interactive Media System
· Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Information Systems or equivalent mix of experience and certification / degree required.
· 10 years documented experience in maintenance and repair of desktop and network computer systems required.
· Microsoft Certified System Administrator certification preferred.
· Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
· Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician certification or any 2 of the following:
- Comptia A+
- Comptia Network+
- Comptia Security+
· Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with extensive experience in repair and maintenance of computer systems.
· Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.
· Must be 21 years of age or older.
· Must be able to obtain a Class III Gaming License
Current and valid Oregon Driver’s License with the ability to qualify for the UIDC’s Drivers Program
