Leidos has an immediate opening for an IT Support Technician to join our End User Support team in Huntsville - AL. In this role, you will perform desktop support for end users at Leidos customer locations.
Job Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of technical support experience. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Support and maintain computers in a managed Windows 10/11, Mac, and Linux desktop environment.Configuration and support of peripheral devices.Support and troubleshooting of common desktop applications to include, but not limited to: M365 Suite, McAfee/Trellix Drive Encryption), BIGIP VPN, PKI Smart Card middleware and hardware, endpoint backup software, OneDrive, and Teams.Provide local/remote support for hardware and software issues utilizing remote assist applications (Teams, Bomgar, etc.).Document & follow processes, procedures, knowledge articles related to support environment.
