It Support Technician
Description • Desktop Support: Be physically present at the Tampa office for support and equipment setup as required. Respond promptly to onsite emergencies within a one-hour travel time. Assist users with hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. Managing equipment procurement and shipping based on our company standards. • Help Desk Phone Support: Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, providing solutions or escalating issues as needed. • Incident Management: Use Jira to track time and resolve tickets efficiently, escalating complex issues to higher tiers. • Remote Assistance: Leverage remote tools like Bomgar to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for remote users. • System Administration: Support Azure, Intune/Autopilot, Cloud Printing, Office access tools and other applications that facilitate user provisioning, device management, user access and deployment at this location. • Customer Support: Provide exceptional service, maintaining professionalism and clear communication in all interactions. Skills Entra ID, autopilot, Intune Top Skills Details Entra ID,autopilot,Intune Additional Skills & Qualifications • Familiarity with Intune and Ninja One for EUC asset management. • Familiarity with Jira for ticketing and task management. • Familiarity with Bomgar for secure remote access and support. • Working knowledge of Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot for endpoint and device management. • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and technical support. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
