The Per Diem IT Support Technician Level 1 (desktop support) position is responsible for end user support of computer workstations and associated peripherals. This may include diagnosis and troubleshooting of all organizational software, hardware and mobile devices. Position may be assigned to any Atlantic Health facility, and hours may be modified at the discretion of Information Technology Management as necessary to provide 24/7 customer support. This job can have up to 37.5 work hours a week.
The location will be in Overlook Medical Center in Summit, NJ
Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently

Works under indirect supervision, may escalate as required
Inventory management via approved software and technology
Respond to requests for technical assistance, providing first level technical support and timely resolution or escalation
Respond to all email, phone calls and service assignments in a timely manner
Maintain records in ticket management system
Excellent computer/software troubleshooting and diagnosing skills
Provide excellent customer service skills
Other duties as assigned
