Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an IT Support Technician II based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Responsibilities: • Provide support for personal computers and mobile devices on Android, iOS, Mac OS, and Windows platforms. • Collaborate with technical teams and contribute to the development of best practice solutions. • Document business processes, configurations, and other related functional specifications. • Have a working understanding of networking principles, practices, and technologies, particularly the TCP/IP protocol suite, including knowledge of DNS, WINS, and DHCP. • Use the ticketing system for tracking all work. • Troubleshoot PC hardware and software problems. • Administer mobile devices, understanding device connectivity to internet and corporate networks, and knowledge of Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile and associated apps and configuration requirements. • Utilize Microsoft Skills, including working with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, and understanding of security best practices and principles.
