This full-time, onsite position covers Asian trading session hours and plays a crucial role in monitoring and supporting cutting-edge trade execution and risk management systems.

Required Skills & Experience Technical degree Experience in a technical support role Strong Linux OD knowledge and experience Basic network troubleshooting Familiarity with Windows System administration Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency with email, Microsoft Teams, and telephone communication Strong independent work ethic and attention to detail Outstanding analytical and investigative research skills Desired Skills & Experience Technical support experience in the trading industry Familiarity with Micosoft SQL Server administration Experience with SQL, Python, C#, R, or C++ QA testing experience or scripting skills Familiarity with Bash Knowledge of Nagios What You Will Be Doing
