Operations​

Participate in rotational oncall support for SSC supported sites ​Work on issues called out by L2 operations team​Work on cases brought up to vendors (Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, HPE, Dell, Lenovo)​Participate in site ERT as oncall support​Support changes following organizational change process at the various SSC sites​Work on operation improvement initiatives, such as issue and incident count review and reduction​Review operational reports and address abnormalities and passdown items​Address issues, risks and concerns (such as performance issues, intermittent timeouts, etc) from site teams​Capacity planning, lifecycle refresh planning and firmware management for SSC sites​Participate as Site representative and coordinate activities and work on issues and initiatives at SSC supported sites​Participate in Windows Collab meetings​Participate in Business Continuity Planning and DR strategy including detailing of DR procedures, and implementing DR drills​Maintain and update operational documentations to ensure that they are current.​

Projects & Others​

Support OS, software and hardware lifecycle refreshes ​Support initiatives from MFG and non-IT groups through requirement analysis, POC and implementation ​Collaborate with I&O​Develop SOE for upgrades and migrations​Define strategy to perform technology upgrades and lifecycle refreshes ​Perform POC for new technology, application systems​Develop automation for productivity improvement and operational efficiency​Budget planning for site, expansion, greenfield, or portfolio projects​Support for greenfield sites startup and fab expansion​​
