As an ideal candidate, you will have experience providing IT support in distributed, cloud-heavy environments. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance by phone, email, Teams chat messages, the IT Helpdesk Ticketing System, or in-person.Provide routine daily office IT operational support.Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questions.Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.Participate in the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.Maintain and manage backup and redundancy strategies for infrastructure, cloud, and endpoints.Install and configure new Windows and Mac laptops.Lead and contribute to IT projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, and adhere to company governance processes.Manage the procurement of IT equipment and accessories and coordinate shipping as needed.Administer Active Directory, Linux accounts, permissions, and access rights.Administer the Office 365 platform, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams sites.Research and implement new technologies and vendors to enhance stability and support business processes.Provide guidance and explain policies and procedures to end-users.Experience Requirements / QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of experience as a System/Network Administrator, or similar role.Excellent customer service skills.Proficiency in creating and updating process procedures.Strong knowledge and experience in LAN and Wi-Fi networking, network printers, laptop/workstation hardware, and network troubleshooting.In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Mac OS software installation.Solid experience with physical and virtual servers (VMware), and operating systems including Windows and Linux.Knowledge of scripting and automation.Proven administration experience with Microsoft products, including on-premises and Azure Active Directory, MFA, and Microsoft Intune.Collaborative attitude to support colleagues and departments with technical issues.Nice to Have SkillsExperience with international office communications.Knowledge of data management and governance principles.Familiarity with GDPR privacy standards and controls.Education RequirementsBA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent proven work history.Estimated Base Salary (required for US only): $80,000 to $110,000 annually. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
