WE LOVE OUR WORK. Provides day-to-day technical support to employees for internal systems software and hardware.Installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues in a diverse environment.Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment.Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.May participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.May conduct training programs designed to educate an organization’s computer users about basic and specialized applications.Willingness and ability to assists with off- hour support on an on-call rotation as business needs dictate.BRING US YOUR BEST. Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in computer science or related major field from four-year college or university; or 2-6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience in operating systems, software tools and project management methodologies required.Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS), VMware Hypervisor, Windows Server operating systems, and related technologies.
Ability to process information logically and solve problems.Ability to monitor and resolve problems with distributed computer systems components.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.Solid written and verbal communication skills.Flexibilty and ability to work a variety of shifts including participation in off-hour support on an on-call rotation as business needs dictate.
