Also, coordinate SCADA projects, provide daily support to Plant operations, PLC & SCADA programming and performs complex daily Operational Technology tasks with DWR SCADA Division. Essential Duties + System Management: Administer and maintain OT systems including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMI, and other industrial control systems. + Network Management: Configure and maintain OT network architecture, Firewalls and Switches ensuring reliable communication between devices. + Security: Implement cybersecurity policies and procedures, conduct vulnerability assessments, and ensure systems are protected from cyber threats. + Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues in OT systems, hardware, and software. + Integration: Manage the integration of OT systems ensuring smooth data flow and operational continuity. + Compliance: Ensure OT systems meet regulatory standards (NIST, IEC 62443). + Documentation: Maintain system documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, PLC & Application programming and standard operating procedures (SOPs). + Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance, ensuring uptime, availability, and efficiency. + Collaboration: Work with engineering, IT, and operations teams to optimize OT system performance. + Data management and backups + P&ID development and Drawings updates. + System wide EOL management for SCADA Assets. Annual Starting Salary Level I Grade C42(1) - $63,780 - $105,238 Level II Grade C43(1) - $69,362 - $114,447 Level III Grade C41(1) - $75,431 - $124,460 Minimum Qualifications IT Systems Analyst I: + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. + or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. IT Systems Analyst II: + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. + Three (3) years of professional level computer analyst and/or systems experience. + or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. IT Systems Analyst III: + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. + Five (5) years of professional level computer analyst and/or systems experience. + or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
