This is a fast paced production environment, significant Systems Engineering work, error-free environment, all day, everyday, in a highly, highly, highly secure facility. Call or text us for more info! + This is a warehouse / manufacturing and production environment with a robust IT team and cybersecurity presence. + Excellent benefit package offered, including Medical, Vision, Dental insurance, 401K, PTO, Holiday, etc. + Paying $100K - $140K annually IT Systems Architect / Engineer Responsibilities: + Provide daily production support, ensuring quick resolution of IT-related issues. + Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software problems on production machines and servers. + Perform routine system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and security. + Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers and employee laptops, optimizing performance and system uptime. + Monitor system performance, logs, and security alerts, utilizing Splunk (if applicable). + Manage IT asset inventory and tracking through Lansweeper. + Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to address system-related challenges. + Support and maintain IT infrastructure in a card personalization environment. + Ensure compliance with IT security policies, best practices, and industry regulations. + Provide technical assistance to end-users and document troubleshooting procedures. Key Expectations: + Completes tasks in a timely fashion. Prioritizes and supports daily production IT demands by troubleshooting IT infrastructure issues and performing effective system maintenance and backups. Our goal is always to limit downtime in our production department. + Oversee and coordinate the implementation of local ICT infrastructure technologies and solutions. + Manage local networks (Cisco switches and firewalls), virtualization platforms (VMware), as well as Windows and Linux servers. + Troubleshoots and works with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDS, and WSUS services IT Systems Architect / Engineer Requirements: + Four (4) year bachelor of science degree from a USA accredited college or university in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering or related businesses degree is required. + At least four (4) years professional work experience in a senior level or high-level Information Technology related position with significant System Engineering responsibilities is required and will be evaluated on an individual basis. + Must be able and permitted to work in a Federally regulated work environment (banking industry). We are not able to offer US Sponsorship: Must possess valid US Work Authorization. + Must possess attention to detail, able to accurately preform quality inspection of Systems. + All of our machinery runs on and interfaces with computers, including using the computer to call up existing templates and programs on our Production Machinery which will also require small machinery adjustments as needed to ensure product accuracy. Our high is encrypted and worked with in a secure setting before it is uploaded into our production equipment.
