We're seeking a technical specialist to optimize our recruitment operations through automation and systems management. This role is critical in enhancing our ability to deliver exceptional service by streamlining our back-office IT functions, maintaining our ATS/CRM infrastructure, and implementing automation solutions that allow our recruiters to focus on what they do best – making meaningful connections in the veterinary industry.

The Impact you’ll makeSystems Administration \nManage and optimize Bullhorn ATS/CRM system\nMaintain data integrity and system performance\nImplement system updates and improvements\nConfigure and maintain IT management software\nTechnical Integration \nDevelop and maintain API connections\nCreate automated workflows between systems\nTroubleshoot integration issues\nImplement and manage IT automation tools\nProcess Automation \nIdentify opportunities for workflow automation\nImplement AI-driven solutions for recruitment processes\nCreate and maintain automated reporting systems\nDevelop and optimize back-office automation processes\nTechnical Support \nProvide responsive technical assistance to team members\nDocument technical processes and solutions\nTrain staff on new systems and features\nEnsure smooth operation of all IT systems\n
