Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking an IT Systems Engineer Sr to join their team. As an IT Systems Engineer Sr, you will be part of the IT department supporting critical environment management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and exceptional organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** IT Systems Engineer Sr
**Location: Remote**
**Pay Range: $65 - $68 per hour**
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage server setups, including new environments and capacity planning for Duck Creek.
+ Provide day-to-day support for all Duck Creek environments, ensuring optimal performance.
+ Oversee server migrations and upgrades, troubleshooting and resolving environmental issues.
+ Collaborate with team members to establish common goals and ensure project success.
+ Utilize various tools and technologies to monitor resources and manage server performance.
**What's Needed?**
+ Associate's Degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field, or a minimum of six years of relevant experience.
+ Proficiency in Windows Server OS, IIS Manager, and F5.
+ Experience with Venafi, Splunk, and Remote Desktop Connection.
+ Strong knowledge of AzDO and excellent organizational skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
