HOW AN IT SYSTEMS MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Manages systems professionals directly or through subordinates by providing leadership, coaching, and training Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problem Develops and administers schedule and performance requirements Has budget responsibilities Enhances information systems by identifying information systems technology opportunities and developing application strategies Oversees the maintenance of accounts, security, workflows, and secure systems connectivity Manages all information systems policies and procedures

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education:

Masters of Science degree; OR in lieu of degree, an additional 2 years of relevant work experience is required


Required Experience:

15+ years of related professional work experience 

Required Technical Skills:

Demonstrated hands-on experience with ServiceNowProficient skill and ability in ITIL v4Demonstrated experience with SLA/OLA management, Knowledge Management. Service Delivery, Continuous Service Improvement, and Problem Management


Security Clearance Level:

U.S. Citizenship RequiredPossess Q or TS level clearance (or their equivalency) with the ability to obtain a Q level clearance within six (6) months of hiringMust be eligible to obtain and maintain such clearance as a condition of employment


Required Skills and Abilities:

The likely salary range for this position is $136,000 - $184,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
