IT Systems Operations Support Consultant

At DXC Spain we are looking for a IT Systems Operations Support Consultant to join our great team of Consulting.  

 

Requirements: 

Mixed profile (technical-functional) with at least 1-2 years of experience in IT Systems Business Process Operations Support.Ability to learn fastGroup internal procedures.Internal policies and standards.Circuits and tools.Diversity of technology teams involved.Different structures in each Domain of the Bank.Diversity of infrastructure available in the group.Ability to work creatively in a problem-solving context.Ability to interact with the client, mainly end-users and managers of the different services to be supported.High level of Spanish.High level of spoken and written English to manage projects with international interlocution.Knowledge and experience with the administration -configuration and parameterization- of business flows/processes (workflow rules, user registration and deregistration in service groups, SLAs,) from the backend of IT technology platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP,...) is mandatory.Medium-advanced level with Office tools

Tasks: 

Test Management and Coordination with Operations and End User (test plan definition, test cases, execution and follow-up; test automation).In the pre-production phase, to define and execute the test plan together with the user.In the production phase, to dialogue with the end user during system operation.Attention and Resolution of First Level Incidents and Requests (Level 1)Escalation to Level 2 and 3 Service Groups.N1 of attention to Issues related to the use of the tool by different end users (internal employees, backend service managers, resolution groups).Business process monitoring of in-scope applications.Master Data Management of the business processes for the scoped applications.Preparation of configuration and onboarding tasks of the business processes for the scoped applications.
