**IT Systems Specialist** Scottsdale, Arizona, United States **What The Role Is** Reporting to theManager of Plant Applications, the IT Systems Specialist designs, implements, administers, and supports Clearway’s Operational IT systems. Responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance existingsystems andcontribute to the team and organization’s continuous improvement goals.  If youdon’tmeet 100% of the below qualifications but see yourself contributing, pleasesubmityour resume.  **What You'll Be Doing** + Participate in the implementation of technical solutions for Business Operations.  + Coordinateto identify,prioritize, andmanageOperations IT projects and technology tasks.  + Develop procedures, processes, and applications necessary to provide safe and secure operations systems that meet reliability regulatory standards.  + Proactively recognize and document business processgaps andpropose and implement improvements.  + Provide “real-time” support for System Operators and Generation Dispatch and Power Marketing personnel.  + Effectively applyappropriate projectand developmentmethodologyandfollowproject and development standards.  + Minimize and manage exposure and risk on project and production tasks.  + Maintainappropriate statusreportsand meeting minutes and follow upwith business partners, vendors,and internal resources.  + Participate in 24x7 weekly on-call rotation for production support up to one week per month.  **What You'll Bring** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologyor equivalent experience (minimum 5 years)  + 1+ year of systems and applications development, configuration, implementation,and support experience preferred.  + 1+ year experience with array of technologies including Microsoft technology stack, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL Server, T-SQL preferred.  + Experience with RDBMS Databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle orPostgreSQL) and programming in multiple languages is preferred.  + Experience withHitachi Network Manager EMSis preferred.  **What Would Be Nice** + Must have knowledge of interfaces, integrations,and process flows.  + Solid understanding of SDLC and experience in adopting and working in multiple project management methodologies.  + Intermediate-levelskills in implementing, supporting,enhancing,andmaintainingcomplex large-scale production critical applications in Cloud and datacenter-hostedenvironments.  + Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills with a strong focus on customer interaction, customer service, and presentation.  + A motivated self-starter withthecapability tooperateon their own with little direction and/or monitoring.  + Capability to help deliver quality business solutions within restricted timelines while appropriately communicating/escalating risks, issues, or constraints as necessary to business and/or IT management.  + Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, business partners, and other departments.  + Abilityto effectivelyprioritize with organizational skills to execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.  **Clearway will not sponsor nonimmigrant visas for this position (H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.)** **What We’ll Bring** The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law.
