**Job Description:** **Location:** Bratislava, Brno, or Kosice **Worktime:** Day Shift **Flexibility:** Currently working on a flexible home/office arrangement **Role Overview:** As an IT IT Systems Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for providing dependable IT support for the BMC BHCO Application. You will operate within a highly technical infrastructure environment and interact both internally and with clients. Your role will encompass application monitoring, problem management, change implementation, and coordination with various teams to ensure seamless operations. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform application monitoring and response, managing and resolving application problems. + Implement application change management and configuration. + Schedule, tune, and configure application and infrastructure components. + Provide support for the BMC BHCO Application. + Coordinate with application developers and other teams to resolve issues. **Qualifications:** + Experience with Linux, Windows, and Cloud Infrastructure platforms. + Ability to troubleshoot network issues, with advanced user or administrator-level experience in Linux OS. + Basic understanding of Networking, TCP/IP, infrastructure management tools, remote desktops, VMware, OpenStack, and Kubernetes. + Proficiency in shell scripting (sh/ksh/bash) and knowledge of Python is a plus. + Familiarity with containerized environments, Kubernetes, and Docker. + Strong application support and root-cause analysis skills. + Excellent IT technical support and English language skills. + Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external customers. **Additional Skills:** + High level of customer focus for providing an effortless customer experience. + Positive attitude and strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work across diverse teams and cultures. + Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments. + Quick learner of new technologies with minimal supervision. + Relevant certifications are an advantage. **Benefits:** A career with us, a global leader in communications and technology, comes with big rewards.
