IT Team Coordinator

Company is a Health care and health plan organization

Must Haves:

- Strong communication skills

- Strong leadership experience

- Computer Science degree

- Broad Range of Software Development experience

- Knowledge of Core Programming

- Databricks and Python Experience

- Proven experience in TDD (Test Driven Development) and strong understanding and experience with Unit Testing

Job Summary/Responsibilities:

- This person will start as a team coordinator helping to lead a team of about 10 people. At some point they will have about 10 people reporting into them.

- Lead on features team (require technical ability to lead design efforts as well)

- Day to day for features team - overseeing any major blockers with SW development team; working through and resolving blockers, take on design roles (need to be familiar with computer science design and architecture, Developing state machine diagrams, technical designs. Modern SW development; continuous integration/continuous delivery.

- Leading daily scrum meeting
