JOB SUMMARY:
Is a sub-leader of a team, responsible for coordination of complex and multi-disciplined projects from design to implementation. As a sub-leader, this position works closely with managers, cross-functional project teams, other IT implementation teams, and business customers to fulfill these goals. Responsible for creating an environment of cooperation and teamwork which supports the identification and timely completion of projects. This would include, but is not limited to, training of team members, conflict resolution, monitoring progress, and communication among Pella teams. Will create and monitor staffing schedules, plan, assign and monitor work for assigned team.
