Technician you will play a vital role in maintaining the company's I.T. infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and providing reliable support to our employees. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long. Responsibilities Job duties may include, but are not limited to: Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via various channels such as help desk, in-person, phone, email, or remote assistance tools. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related issues for desktops, laptops, printers, POS and other peripheral devices. Support various POS systems including but not limited to RTP and Info Genesis. Install, configure, and update software applications, operating systems, and device drivers on devices. Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring network connectivity and availability. Monitor and respond to system alerts, performance issues, and security concerns. Educate and guide users on best practices for data security and efficient utilization of IT resources. Qualifications What we are looking for: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, preferred. Applicants who are in the process of gaining education or equivalent work experience will be considered. Experience with POS system operation and administration preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, etc). Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace). Physical layer installation experience (cabling) will be a plus. Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience with network troubleshooting tools. Additionally, Cisco experience will be a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) will be a plus. Basic understanding of server administration, virtualization, and backup solutions will be a plus. Wage and Benefit Info: The wage range for this positions is: from $20 to $23.75 (DOE) Benefits include: health, dental, vision Team member will accrue PTO and will earn 2 weeks or more in a 12 month period. All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff). All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
