TrainingAssisting Business with the use of O365/LIFT Apps and other products/services used within ITLead IT Café and espresso trainings Organize training topics and encourage experts t to host and provide feedback.Balance Face to Face and Virtual Attendance Develop short training videos for Digital SignagePresent material on Digital Signage, Yammer PagesActivities to promote specific IT Services and/or product changes Coordinate Team Meetings and Activities to encourage team buildingPrepare professional Agenda and Presentations for visiting colleagues and external providers.Develop and Evolve KPI’s and automation tools utilizing O365 applications (E.g. PowerBI, PowerApps, etc.)Asset Management Tracking and ReportingServiceNow ReportingAD Reporting Software ReportingOther Ad HOC itemsDevelop automation tools to optimize IT Department Services  Context & Environment

TotalEnergies is currently seeking exceptional Undergraduate and Graduate level Communications, IT student to work in our IT department for a year long internship/co-op. 

Additional Information

TotalEnergies IT department is looking for an undergraduate student majoring in Communications or Information Technology to intern with us for a year.  This will be a paid internship located at our Downtown Houston office.  Hours worked per week will be between 20 to 40 hours based on the candidates school schedule.
