IT Technical Lead - Process Control Network
Total Number of Openings 1 About the position: The IT Technical Lead will own the strategy, prioritization, and internal commercialization of Process Control Networks, ensuring effective management of capacity and work deliverables. This role involves leading a team of IT professionals, driving technological innovation, and aligning IT initiatives with business goals. Key responsibilities: + Develop and implement the strategy for Process Control Networks within the organization. + Prioritize and manage the internal commercialization of Process Control Networks. + Oversee the capacity planning and work deliverables related to Process Control Networks. + Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support. + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. + Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of Process Control Networks implementations. + Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of Process Control Networks. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Process Control Network. + Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts related to Process Control Networks. Required Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + 10-15 years of experience in IT, with 5+ years focus on Process Control Networks. + Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams. + Strong understanding of Process Control Networks and its applications. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: + Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Professional certifications related to Process Control Networks. + Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). + Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices. + Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
