Test Automation Lead: 7 - 8 Years of exp. Requirement or User Story Analysis Clarifications with BSAs and Dev team Master Test Strategy Estimations, Task Assignments Automation Feasibility for User Stories in scope Review of Test Scripts/ Test Cases Test Data setup and Environment coordination Test Execution planning and tracking Defect Management Collaboration with BSAs, and Dev Team to deliver high quality stories to production Standup Calls, Sprint Planning Meetings, Reporting, Highlight risks, dependencies and mitigation plan Mentoring and enablement of team with required skills Ensure entire team is Adhering to Standards and Processes
