Detailed Job Description:
Provide Support and consulting to Genesys Contact Center Solution including Genesys Email and Voice Routing. Understand and Modify the Cyara Automation Framework. Creation of Cyara Automated Scripts. Understand the domain and business requirements of project. Effort Assessment for Functional, Automation and Regression testing. Creation of Test Strategy for the release and project. Design and Review of test scenarios and test cases. Manual and Automation execution of Functional Regression Test
