Must have 4 years of Genesys, Cyara, Selenium and Cypress experience.  Ability to provide technical leadership on all aspects of Testing.  Participate in design, documentation, impact assessments while addressing application and security concerns cross platform. Leading application testing design for a CCaaS IVR ACD solution.  Creating andor updating technical documentation.
