Detailed Job Description:

Overall 8+ years of experience. Coordinates project kickoff meetings, biweekly sprint planning, daily scrum stand up, sprint grooming, sprint review, and retrospective meetings. Analyze team metrics through Burn up Burn down charts, velocity and identify improvements to the teams engineering practices and tools. Captures requirements into Agile User Stories. Facilitates discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution, remove impediment, coach teams in self organization and cross functionality. Coordinates project kickoff meetings, biweekly sprint planning, daily scrum stand up, sprint grooming, sprint review, and retrospective meetings and update the scrum team on status of upcoming User Stories. Plays integral role for Product Development Processes PDP with development teams, assists Product Owner in writing, managing and prioritizing user stories.
