Work closely with the leadership team to define DevOps strategy for ED&O and Shared Services. Training customers and serving as their guides on their DevOps transformation journey, teaching them DevOps concepts and mapping DevOps solutions to their needs. Establishing relationships with VP/ED/Directors, assisting them with technical solutions and solving problems. Providing best-practice advice and recommendations to customers. Developing these into templates to be used throughout the ED&O team.
