Detailed Job Description: 

Experience in IVR Testing (Interactive Voice Response) starting from Test planning to Test execution. 3+ years of experience developing, executing and analyzing automation tests. Hands on experience using Hammer tool or IVR test Automation tool. Experience testing APIs and data integrations. Experience in testing customer support and contact center systems a plus. Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies. Strong understanding of Agile principles. Experience working in SAFe Agile environment.  Experience with Test Management tools Rational Tool suite, JIRA. BDD Testing using Cucumber is a plus  Health Care experience - preferred Outstanding communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work with Scrum Team and Other Scrum members support the Design and execution of functional and automation test scripts for a customer service IVR application. Creates test scripts according to the business requirements. Responsible for planning and Execution of testcases. Work closely with team members and key project stakeholders
