Experience and strong background on TDM ,Data Manufacturing, Data Masking and Synthetic test data generation  Good domain knowledge in Healthcare Should have good knowledge in complex SQL and data profiling Must has 2 to 3 years of experience in TDM tool such as GenRocket or CA TDM Defining Test data Strategy, Approach for programs Must have good communication skills Stakeholder Management
