Detailed Job Description:

Responsible of the test environments to support and manage the usage of clients integrated endtoend test environments. Accountable for all the ITIL based activities, Service Desk, incident management, problem management, KEDB, mailbox monitoring, supporting and coordinating for all the defects and incidents. Responsible for the Continuous Improvement Track for Process Improvement and automation Accountable for ERM Batch planning, scheduling, monitoring and communicating.

Minimum years of experience*: 5+
