Detailed Job Description:

Hands on experience designing the short term and long-term enterprise TDM strategy Experience managing test data including creation and mining using data management tools Extensive experience in health care specific data formats Experience in data profiling Experience in servicing test data requests (Data Load/Scrub/ creation & conditioning) based on assigned priorities. Identify and implement optimization for making the test data creation process efficient and faster. Experience working directly with the Test Data analyst or test data requestor like PO, dev lead, testers on understanding and processing the test data requests. Allocate and manage test data on all platforms using TDM tools. Automate test data refresh and creation processes. Expert in writing SQL queries/macros/scripts Good understanding of data masking/scrubbing/obfuscation techniques Hands on experience in implementing data masking and synthetic data generation using a TDM tool Proactively communicate risks and issues; gather metrics and prepare status report on weekly basis
