Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills with the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients in testing Should have strong co - ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Drive an automation first approach for all areas of Release Management and non-production environments Report on Performance Metrics Collaborates with product owners, agile coaches, scrum masters, test leads, and deployment leads Interacts with all levels of the organization Experience in Agile methodology Experience in Test Management tools like JIRA, TFS, ALM
