TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.
Responsibilities:
Document hardware failures, repairs, installations, and removals. Assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications. Plan and execute assigned tasks efficiently. Address technical issues, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade computer hardware and software. Serve as the primary contact for end-user support and maintenance. Manage and maintain various electronic devices, ensuring they meet departmental standards. Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
Minimum of two years of relevant education and experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work effectively within time constraints. Personable with strong interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of networking technologies and hardware. Technical knowledge necessary for the role. Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with management, colleagues, and clients.
