Installation and Setup: Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues on-site and remotely. Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance to ensure systems are running efficiently and preventing potential issues including but not limited to; installing and configuring updates and upgrades to hardware and software as needed. Customer Support: Providing professional and technical support and training to clients, helping them understand how to use and maintain their system. Documentation: Preparing detailed reports on the work performed, including any issues encountered and solutions provided as well as opening, updating and closing tickets in the ticketing system.
