Essential Functions of the position are detailed below, and include any physical requirements below that. Installation and Setup: Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues on-site and remotely. Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance to ensure systems are running efficiently and preventing potential issues including but not limited to; installing and configuring updates and upgrades to hardware and software as needed. Customer Support: Providing professional and technical support and training to clients, helping them understand how to use and maintain their system. Documentation: Preparing detailed reports on the work performed, including any issues encountered and solutions provided as well as opening, updating and closing tickets in the ticketing system. PLEASE NOTE: Essential functions include all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. X Kneel and move from sitting, bending, kneeling or standing multiple times a day. X Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds.X Climb up and down up to 3 flights of stairs at a time. X Lift up to 50 pounds. Hands on experience troubleshooting hardware such as PC's, laptops, printers and computer peripherals and network interface cards. Application support experience with all versions of MS Office and all versions of Windows OS's.Minimum: 1-2 Years of experience configuring, and installing, laptops, printers, and computer peripherals. Qualifications and SkillsPreferred: Excellent written and communication, problem solving, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent I/T training program. Certification/Licensure:Preferred: A+, Network+, ITIL, Microsoft Certified Minimum: A+
