Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Technician to join our team in Kaunas Lithuania. As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service to our employees.

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systemsRespond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and efficient mannerTroubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to hardware, software, and networksPerform regular system updates and security patches to maintain optimal performanceAssist in the implementation of new technologies and systemsProvide technical support and training to end-users on various software applicationsMaintain accurate documentation of IT processes, procedures, and inventoryCollaborate with other IT team members to improve overall system efficiencyEnsure compliance with IT policies and security protocolsParticipate in IT projects and initiatives as needed

Salary range: 3000 - 3700 gross eur.

QualificationsAssociate's degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) (preferred)Proven experience in IT support or similar roleStrong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systemsProficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IT issuesFamiliarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practicesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent time management and prioritization skillsDetail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality resultsProfessional appearance and clean work habitsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift and move computer equipment (up to 50 lbs) when necessaryFlexibility to work outside regular business hours for system maintenance or emergencies
