JOB DESCRIPTION

Main activities/tasks

Controlling and coordinating data files received from clients;Reporting on data utilized within the production environment;Defining logical as well as physical procedures for data handling;Handling data queries received from client via account managers;Set-up jobs on personalization equipment and data processing system;Configure chip card process id’s for personalisation equipment;Maintain all application relevant to the production environment;Configure Label Application and generation of label data.Configure and support scanning and printing system used in Manufacturing  (TrackAndTrace)Setup of EMV processes, procedures and tools;Maintain EMV/GSM profiles on QC environmentAdministration configuration on Track and Trace and WorkestraPreform crypto key management activities in accordance to the documented process

Knowledge and skills

Basic knowledge of data file processesHave a good working knowledge of number systems (hexadecimal and binary number systems)Basic knowledge of Windows systemsGeneral understanding of logical security audit requirements (e.g.ISO 27001, PCI)Basic knowledge of GSM/EMV standardsFamiliarity with SQL will be an advantage.

Education, qualifications, and special training

Matric, Grade 12/N3A+ and N+ certification or equivalent qualification

Experience

At least 3 years experience in Windows Server 2016/2019 and Windows 10 environmentPrevious data processing experience will be an advantageBasic knowledge of digital communication systems
