Currently 800 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites. Expanding to 1400 rooms in October 2025! The IT Technician will assist with first-line support for all guest room support, staff computer usage and Hospitality related technology. This is a full-time position. $22.45 per hour. You should be flexible to work weekends as needed. Responsibilities Provides first-line support for staff computer use and telephony, including basic connectivity, routine troubleshooting, and interface with corporate IT services and software vendors, but not including corporate network access, corporate applications support, or hardware configuration. Maintains a strong and effective working relationship with all property IT, AV, Telephony and Infrastructure support services Troubleshoot issues and come up with solutions. Use additional resource to help resolve issues. Flexibility on weekend and 2nd shift work – this will be based on hotel occupancy. Qualifications 2 years IT hospitality experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Strong computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook. Microsoft PowerPoint, and OneNote experience desirable. Excellent working knowledge of computer software to include Microsoft Office and hospitality systems. Preferred applications include Infor, HotSOS, and BirchStreet.
